Step 3 Reservations Management

1 Add Reservation

i) Go to Reservations Section and Click Add Button, as Figure 1 shows (notice the red box)

ii) Click Rooms And Guests Information Add Button to Select a room, as Figure 2 and 3 show (notice the red box)

iii) Click Room Button on Add Room-Guest Dialog, and then select a room, then room and room type are filled automatically, as Figure 4, 5 show (notice the red box)

iv) Click OK Button, the room and guest information are added to Rooms And Guests Information List, as Figure 6 shows

v) Then Click OK Button, a new reservation is added to Reservation List, as Figure 7 shows
